Towing in Highland Beach | High Towing & Recovery

Highland Beach is essentially one ribbon of asphalt — A1A South Ocean Blvd threading past condo towers for three miles, with the Intracoastal on one shoulder and the Atlantic on the other. Break down on that strip, between Spanish River Blvd and Linton Blvd, and High Towing & Recovery books a scheduled run to reach you.

When There’s Only A1A

With a single road in and out, a stalled car in Highland Beach quickly becomes everyone’s problem. Pull into a condo driveway or a median cut if you can, hazards on, then phone dispatch — describe which tower or cross street you’re nearest. The scheduled tow truck arrives knowing the strip, ready for a jump start, lockout or a flatbed load on the shoulder.

Condo Garages And Clearance

Many buildings along South Ocean Blvd have low garages and tight ramps, so mention clearance when you call — it decides whether a wheel-lift can reach your spot or the car must be rolled outside first. Cars, SUVs, motorcycles and light trucks all get handled here, and winch-outs from sandy shoulders are scheduled the same way, with the rig confirmed up front.

Reading The Strip By Landmarks

Because nearly every address is a tower on A1A, dispatch works off landmarks — which side of the road, ocean or Intracoastal, and the nearest cross street like Spanish River or Linton. Say whether you’re in a garage, on the shoulder or in a driveway loop. That detail shapes the scheduled run: truck type, rigging, and how the driver approaches a road with no detours and few places to turn a rig around.

Timing A Run Up The Coast

At roughly 85 miles from Miami, Highland Beach is the closest of these Palm Beach stops — still a scheduled call confirmed by dispatch, not an instant response. Booking earlier in the day gives the desk more room to slot your tow truck efficiently. Whether it’s emergency towing after a breakdown or roadside assistance in a parking level, the confirmed window is what the driver commits to, and what you can plan around.
